Booking Appointments 

All appointments are to made via fresha and must be confirmed to avoid your appointment being cancelled.

If patch tests are required for a treatment, Do not book the treatment appointment before booking a patch test appointment or your appointment will be cancelled 

Please only arrive at the time of your appointment as we don’t have a waiting area.  

No Children or animals are aloud in clinic 

Cancelling, Rescheduling & No Shows 

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment with 48 hours notice and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
I value your time and kindly ask that you value mine as well.
Missed appointments without notice significantly impact my schedule and the opportunity to treat other clients.
Please be aware that no-shows will result in a 50% no show fee and will impact your future bookings.
I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals 

Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time. 

All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so the next client will not be delayed. 

I fully understand that sometimes being late is out of our control. If you are running late please text or call to allow me to advise the best course of action. 

If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and be charged 30% of the treatments you where booked in for. 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 

Vouchers are non transferable, exchangeable or refundable. 

The Skin Works accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers.
